RENU is excited to announce a new offer to students – Student Discounts. The initiative enables students to access exclusive offers from our partner service providers within the country and beyond. The service was introduced to help students access essential products and services more affordably and conveniently, making their stay in school less cumbersome.
To unlock the discounts, students simply need to verify their student status using their institutional email accounts. Once authenticated, the discount is applied automatically to the selected service or product, creating a seamless and secure shopping experience.
How to Get Started
To start enjoying the discounts, students can follow these simple steps:
- Visit the service provider’s website. (e.g click Blacklyf)
- Browse the different products available and select the preferred item.
- Scroll and click “RENU Student Discount “
- Select your Organisation/Institution.
- Login with your student email ID and password and follow the prompts.
What’s Available?
The student discount service covers a wide range of products and services that students regularly need, including technology gadgets, computer accessories, Internet solutions, food and beverage offers, transport and delivery services, and various educational tools. These will be acquired from a selected list of service providers. This festive season, we are enabling students to access discounts on a variety of products from Black Lyf. Additional service providers and categories will continue to be added, allowing students to benefit from an expanding pool of offers over time.
This initiative reinforces RENU’s mission to create an enabling environment for learners across Uganda. By leveraging institutional email verification, RENU ensures that only students can access the benefits, maintaining the integrity of the service while delivering real value to students nationwide.
