Sanyu Irene Namutebi was recently voted by colleagues as the Manager of the Year 2023.
Sanyu heads our Human Resources and Administration Department.
Her exceptional leadership in human resources and administration has been a driving force behind the organization’s progress. Sanyu is recognized for her adept management skills, innovative solutions to workforce challenges, and her commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
She has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s mission, including recruitment and seamless integration of staff during a rapid growth phase, from less than 30 to over 70 staff in just over 12 months. Sanyu has also instituted a strong training and development program, and enabled RENU achieve tremendous improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.
